In order to help women participate in decision making processes at all levels of society and governance, we offer a range of skills training to help you get from where you are now to where you want to be.

Change is charging through our planet an an unprecedented rate right now and women are not only working behind this wave of change but taking their place firmily at the forefront; in some cases costing them dearly to do so.

Engaging at official levels, however, particuarly with roles in the public eye, can be daunting and calls for a combination of strenths and skills, confidence and creativity, that you may need support in learning, nurturing or releasing, in order to naviate more effectively the new demands you may face to participate in these roles more effectively.

Whether entering business, politics, civil society or governance for the first time, returning, or already there, we can help you navigate the networks and demands you may face to make the transformation easier.

Courses typically take place over a set length of time from a single day for tasters or refreshers, to several days or several weeks, incorporating different disciplines depending on the need. Bespoke training can also be arranged on request, as well as on-going personal coaching sessions focusing on specific areas in a variety of venues around the world.
